Twists

Do you ever sit down to write and you read, maybe just once sentence that you've written and you're like nope. Yuck. Lets try and put it it this way. Nope. Yuck. That's me today dears, nothing I'm writing is working for me. And that's annoying. But thankfully today is an outfit post :) And possibly a hair tutorial if ya'll would like. (I mean not a hair tutorial today, but I can make a hair tutorial based on your feedback today). Because I have found a summer hairstyle that works for me. It's just enough volume around my face (I don't look the greatest with slick pony tails hehehe), it's SUPER easy and fast, only takes a few bobby pins, doesn't require curls, and keeps all my hair up. Curling my hair just isn't the greatest with all this humidity. (Kyla taught me how to do the twist in Alabama, giving credit where credit is due :D)

Sweater: Goodwill
Skirt: Chicwish
Shoes: Belk? (mimi :D)
Pin: thrifted

  3. Fantastic outfit! I really like the little hits of twinkle from the wee brooch and lovely earrings.

Those moments hit all writers. I usually find that doing something completely unrelated to writing (a nature walk, watching an engaging movie, listing to great music, etc) often helps the blogging muses return.

Have a beautiful new week, dear gal!
