Random

Just a few random photos from a random Monday afternoon. There's a church up the street from us that we used to attend and sometimes I go up there and sing and play the piano, and that was where I was trying to teach myself the play the bass. I'm afraid though that I haven't got any progress to report :P It's a lot more difficult than it looks. And my pinky finger is weak. Very weak :P.

I've been trying to exercise a bit more, that is before I had a broken toe. It's going on week 4 now and it's not quite better but I'm hoping it's on the mend. As soon as it's healed I want to start walking again and maybe even work up to jogging :) That will be interesting. :P

SQUEALS!!! Are my rain boots not like the cutest things ever?? They're like jellies but in boot form and they have little bows I love them! My coworkers tell me I look like a "barbie doll" and the shoes do kinda look like the shoes you put on dolls.

And big news, I'll be in Alabama for the rest of this week! My little sister and I are going with Kyla and some people from church to a national pro life event that's held once a year all over the country. I'm bringing my camera so be prepared for lots of photos!! (Both silly and serious).

Much Love,

  1. Those really are some sensationally cute rain boots! Love!!! I'm very sorry to hear about your broken toe. Ouch! It's such a strange injury, isn't it, because so long as its a closed fracture and not of the big toe, there's little that doctors will do for it usually aside from telling you to bide your time as it heals and limit your walking.

Sending tons of healing wishes and hugs your way,
    ♥ Jessica

    1. Yes it is, the most we could do was tape it to the toe next to it, and I'm supposed to be keeping off of it but I'm afraid I've been walking and standing (at work I stand for anywhere between 6 and 12 hours straight) too much. The chiropractor adjusted it and already it's feeling much better though. :D Thank you!

  2. I'm sorry to hear that you broke your toe. :-( I broke mine last spring and it took 6 weeks to heal. Hopefully yours will be better very soon!

That's great that you're going to Alabama for a pro-life event! Can't wait to see the pictures!

    1. Our poor toes :P This is week 5 but I'm hoping it won't go on for much longer. I'm worried now that all this limping is going to hurt something else. The OSA event was great I can't wait to tell ya'll about it!
